The application of learning technology makes a severe challenge for the English teachers as foreign language (EFL) at Kindergarten online, which results in neglected outcomes. Various kinds latest tools and appropriate online are widely available, but limited ability EFL students can't keep up with progress. This study aims to analyses how challenges using impact output quality kindergartens. data this were sourced from owners Kindergarten, principal, 12 who had considerable experience two private Kindergartens. Data collection is done through observation, documentation, interview. analysis manually inductive model producer started collection, reduction, display, verification. show that importance cannot use has resulted fall outcomes have global impact. children's education affects further formal education, should follow demands development science present future. condition does not pursue educational vision, mission, goals. At same time, requires problem-solving based on problem-based learning, excellent must master Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK).
